Parkour is like exercising the rad muscles PDF Print E-mail

Lately, I've been hearing more and more about an urban running, jumping, exercising workout art-form thats sweeping the underground world called PARKOUR. Hmmm, this seems interesting to me because I think I remember kids in America talking about this sort of thing years ago - only they called it FREESTYLE WALKING. Actually, freestyle walking wasn't anything like Parkour. I don't know why I even mentioned it here. I just want to say that before the emails start flooding in again.

I'm really impressed with parkour. It's pretty cool. In fact, seeing people scale walls and do huge backflips down impossible gaps it's fucking rad, in my opinion. I'm kind of intimidated by it, really. These guys could all be ninjas. Just stick a sword and scroll in their hands, and all of a sudden you've got a ninja looking right at you. Scary, huh?

So, for all of you crazy parkouring kids out there, keep up the good work. It looks great.
