 Do you ever remember that band, Sonic Youth? Did you like them? Did you think that they were awesome and you tried to get all your friends to listen to them? Are you wanting to hear the same type of music that Sonic Youth put out, only from a different band? Well, let me introduce you to 28 Degrees Taurus.
This is the kind of band that you'd see in a club late at night when you're getting your swerve on with some cute chicks you've never seen before. Are they still in high school? Are they in college? Do they have a disease? If not, do they want one? Are they looking for a boyfriend or just a one-night stand? Do they want to make out? Can they cook me breakfast if they spend the night tonight at my apartment? What are their names? Is Porsche really the name a father would give his daughter? Does that make her rich? Is she really rich? Would she mind being videotaped while screwing me in a hotel room? Would she like to bring another girl along so we can experiment with our bodies? Does she own a dildo? Does she have it with her? Is her friend looking at me? Should I try out a new accent while talking to her? Should I combine two or more accents to create something really exciting and new? Is my hair straight? Is it curly? Did I part my hair correctly? How does this outfit make me look? Do I look too Emo? Do I look too Mod? What is the style I'm going for? Wow, this band is really good. Maybe I should start a band like this. Girls seem to really enjoy it. Maybe I could start a band like this and then girls would flock to me. I would have to write some great songs to be in a band like this. I'd also have to learn how to play a musical instrument. What about guitar?
I miss bands like this. You should give them a listen. It's moody. Good moody. Buy the album.
