.jpg) Ladies and gentlemen, I've found the newest band that you all need to listen to. Frank Turner is just awesome. Simple. Stunning. He's awesome. If you like the Clash, Against Me, any sort of punk/folk/alt. country/great singer-song writers out there, then you need to have Frank Turner in your collection. Why haven't you bought this album yet? Seriously, I'm just typing while you could be purchasing his album right now. Really, what's taking you so long? Do you want the link to buy the album before you finish reading this review? Ok, here it is. You didn't think I had it in me, did you? Well, you were wrong. Buy this album. Check out the album cover to make sure you know what you're buying. I'm talking about LOVE IRE & SONG. Buy it. Buy it twice. You never know why.
I received a link to check out Frank Turners music a few weeks ago, and I just recently got to listening to it. I can't believe that I was such a dick that I didn't listen to this earlier. It's amazing stuff. Think about the Pogues and the Clash and Against Me, all wrapped up into a gift basket that we'll name Frank Turner. That's what this album is like.
Hearing this guy makes me want to travel over to the UK to see him live. I'm assuming that he's from the UK. He has been killing it on the UK indie charts, so that would lead a dude such as myself to think that he's from the UK. Also, his music has that I'M FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY THAN AMERICA feel to it. Good job, Frank. I'm a fan now.
