 Hey, did any of you see SAW 3 yet? I did. I'm just wondering if you liked it. I did, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I'm sure that by now, the people behind the SAW trilogy have been thinking of different ways to make people say "I didn't see that coming". Well, I truely didn't see it going in this direction.
A friend of mine asked me a week ago if I was going to see it. I said "yes", and then I explained to him that if they "do this" and "keep that" then the SAW movies could go on indefinately - kind of like A Nightmare on Elm Street. Only this time, the killer would be a human being, or a group of people.
Well, they really fucked my ideas up with this film. Again, I'll say that I liked it. I really did. But, what the fuck, guys? I don't want to give away any plot spoilers because I'm sure a lot of you are itching to see this movie, but it's not going to be what you'd expect. There's a ton of gore. Actually, there's so much killing and violence that it makes the first two movies look tame. That's a good thing. Apparently that's what America wants. Unfortunately, there's no nudity. Oh, wait, yes there is. I almost forgot a fully nude scene with a chick. Yeah, there's some nudity. Then, there's more killing. It's a bloodbath.
Do you remember that girl who was in the first two movies? She was the drug-addict? Well, she's back. Do you know what other movie she was in? She was in WHO'S HARRY CRUMB. Also, she was in a bunch of random '80s movies. I always had a crush on her. She's a few years older than me, but I'm fine with that. I think that a relationship between us could be a beautiful thing. If we ever got married, then I'm sure we'd last longer than Reese Witherspoon and that Phillipe kid. Did you hear about them? They just broke up. Maybe now Reese will do some more nude scenes in movies. I'd watch that.
Speaking of Reese, did you ever see U-Turn? Holy shit, that's a great film. You should rent that, watch it twice, and then late at night come out to the movies and see SAW 3. That would be an action-packed day. Oh, and bring your girlfriend or boyfriend along. I'm sure they'd be down for a movie, too. Just ask them. They're sitting in the next room. Go on, ask them. |
